I am an artist needing advice

I'm an artist (a pastelist). I'd like to ask for your advice. I'm trying to contact different furniture showrooms, interior designers and architectural firms in an effort to have my work retailed or leased. I want to retail (Giclee's) in furniture showrooms or lease them to interior designers and architects for both residential and commercial use.

My questions is what is the best method to introduce my work to these companies. Should I email them or call them directly? The latter would be very expensive. Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
