Picking Spots is Bad
hey im kim and i sometimes get these little spots well about 5 and i pick them and they go really big and noticable and all crusty and they really bad. See i have this party to go to tomorrow night and i need to get rid of them by then. also i have school tomorrow so i get really self courious as these spots are very bad i need to get rid of them. Please if you know how to right back on here please.

Wel for a start try not to touch ur spots if do wash ur hands before nd after so no bactrea can touch
try using the new clearacleal 4 hour treatment
