How to lose weight healthily
I just thought I would add, its not that you can't loose more than 2lb a week, its just that it is unhealthy if you do.
2lb a week is a ideal healthy target to loose each week.

Yes if you lose weight too quickly it can actually put your health in danger and of course you may start burning protein instead of fat and therefore lose muscle mass too.
