WHERE CAN I GET A MIRROR WITH LIGHTBULBS AROUND THE EDGE OF IT TO CREATE A MOVIE STAR IMAGE?

I agree - to get a mirror with light bulbs or anything obscure either search something like ebay or simply do a google search.
You are sure to find some leads to places that you can buy mirrors of the sort you wish for on!
