Modelling with flab or untoned skin

Hi i'm 17 and am the ideal weight but i have what you call an untoned skin or my word flab i wondered what would be the best way to get rid of it. I do dancing and swimming and eat sensibly but i still have a little bulge.

The "Untoned skin aka flab" Is what has been coined as "fat on bone" despite being skinny it means you're out of shape physically. Do 2 sets of 8 reps of crunches, reverse crunches, Trunk twists, squats, lungues, bicycle crunch. If you want super tone in your arms do bicep curls ect. Go to Workoutbox .com they have all the lists of exercises and demonstrations. You must engage the muscle walls of your body in order to have true tone plus squats and crunches can give you that sexy 4 pack =)
