Hey, I know how you feel, My skin is clearing up quite a bit now, and this is what i would suggest ( I break down acne-control into 5 steps)
1. wash your face with a foaming cleanser morning and night use moisturiser
-if your skin does not improve move onto 2-
2. use specific spot fighting brands such as clean and clear, clearisil, clinique, biotherm and witch, go through asll the ones you can find/afford as they are all different, try each one for a tleast a month or sels you will not see the benefits, if after a month or 2 its not cleared up then try another brand or go to step 3

3. consult your doctor, he will probabaly prescribe a steroid lotion
-if this does not work go to the next step-
4. go to your doctor again, he will probabaly prescribe something in pill form,
-is step 4 does not work go to step 5-
5. explore other options, there is a book called acne free in 3 days which is meant to be really good, or try laser treatment-it permanently gets rid of acne and scarring for a lifetime,

hope this helps,
xoxo

I KNOW THIS IS A CRAZY REPLY BUT YOU CAN TRY DETTOL
BUT USE IT ONCE A DAY FOR 5 DAYS
USE 2 CAPS IN A BASIN OF WATER AND WHEN YOU DRY YOUR FACE PAT IT DO NOT RUB
I USED IT AND ALL MY SPOTS WENT AFTER 4 DAYS
BUT DONT USE IT AFTER 5 DAYS
LET YOU FACE REST FOR 2 DAYS THEN START AGAIN
OH AND ONE MORE THING USE WARM WATER NOT HOT AS THIS WILL HURT YOUR SKIN
REMEMBER USE WARM WATER
