I have fine delicate skin on my face and need a gentle exfoliator without grains or granules in it and cannot find one

Go to your local pharmacist and ask for a gentle exfoliator that they recommend.
A simple websearch brings up lots of gentle exfoliator products, so read the information about them and choose the one that you like best.
