how long would it take me to get totally rid of my blemishes?

Do you mean get rid of completely, or get rid of this batch? Pimples can take from 7-10 days or longer to get rid of. As far as getting rid of it completely, some people still have the occasional breakout even as adults.
To help minimize breakouts, I would also recommend the treatments others have recommended, including Proactive- this system alone reduced my breakouts to almost none. I would also recommend tea tree oil and witch hazel. Also, of course, getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, eating good food, and managing stress will all help your skin improve..
