How to sleep better

I am a 21 year old mother of two. So getting enough sleep is out of the question. Anything that will help that won't take up to much time?

I am also a 21 year old mum. I found I brilliant product in boots called "cucumber eye cooling gel". It reduces puffiness and makes your eyes look more awake even if your not! It only costs a couple of pounds and it will last for months..
