Spots and Panoxyl Cream

hi im 14 and ive got spots bad

Its depressing and no one else is my year gets them. I tried everything but it doesnt work that well. Going to a mixed school is bad aswell.

I tried panoxyl cream it is quite good and drys them up but doesnt really prevent them. I was wondering what u actually have to do to get rid of them fast.
