Since no one answered you, thought I would, even though I only have advice. Do yourself a favor, go to a dermatologist, get his advice. Or... how about asking a pharmacist for some otc medicine/remedy. Good luck, hope you find a solution. Mx.

Have you tried standard spot creams containing benzoyl peroxide?
Your local pharmacist will often be able to give you good advice on things like this and which cream would work best.
