how do you get rid of spots? what's the best lotion to use? some of the people i spoke to reckon st ives is is that true or have you got a better idea? please write back with a better idea. thank you.

The best creams to get rid of spots in terms of the most effective creams to get rid of spots are definitely those that contain a chemical called benzoyl peroxide.

This is great at drying out the spot and therefore effective at removing it. Just ensure that your skin is not sensitive to it before starting using it.
