We can all add on some years, with a little help. .
So here are some suggestions:
You just need to be willing to change your life style. I?m talking in the areas of diet and exercise. Yes diet. There are many nutrients that can slow the aging process.
As we age our bodies do not assimilate nutrients as they once did.
So as a result higher amounts of these essential nutrients are needed.

Many of the elderly have malabsorption problems. So the nutrients in food are not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract.

I recommend eating a balanced diet which includes raw vegetables, fruits, grains, seeds, and nuts. Eat quality protein. Avoid alcohol, coffee, red meat, salt, smoking, white flour, and white sugar.

Decrease food consumption, but increase intake of raw foods. Include broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, egg yolks, fish, fruits, whole grains, nuts, oats, seeds, and soybeans.

A high fiber diet is important. Take extra fiber by eating plenty of fresh vegetables, whole grains, bran, and oats.

Eat only when hungry.

Cut your calorie intake.

Avoid alcohol chemicals in foods, drugs, pestocides, smoking and contaminated drinking water.
These items along with the pollution, poor diet, and malnutrition, shorten life span.

You can lengthen your life by changing your life style .

Drink a lot of water. Drink water even when you aren?t thirsty. Your body needs plenty.

Deep Breathing.
Improve your blood and oxygen with deep breathing exercise. For one month try holding your breath for thirty seconds every half hour.

Take Care Of Your Skin.
To keep your skin healthy avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Use creams and lotions to keep your skin, from becoming too dry.
By keeping up your appearance, exercising every day, and becoming involved in hobbies, or other activities, you can keep your mind active, and this is important.

Take Vitamin E daily. This will slow down the aging process. I recommend 200 I U daily to start. Then slowly increase to 800 I U daily.
