However sometimes things can go wrong and this will be frustrating - eBay customer services are notorious for laissez faire which basically means it's all up to you unless you pester them enough to actually take some action. It is a real pain to file a dispute if someone buys but does not pay for an item, although you can claim your Final Value Fees back. The bottom line is that there is no way to deal with difficult buyers - you just have to chalk it up to experience and move on. Getting annoyed does not help.
