Diet Food Menu: Day Six
Health And Fitness : Diet Plan Day six - one day to go after this! Breakfast: Have some toast and a little margarine; two pieces. Also have a mini cooked breakfast of a poached egg, grilled tomato and even a couple of rashers of lean bacon (also grilled, definitely not fried!) For snacks during the day, have bananas and nuts. For lunch, have a bowl of fresh tomato soup. For dinner, have a salad or melon for starter, followed by a mild curry for main course - chicken, fish or vegetable - and ensure fresh vegetables are served to accompany.
