How To Exercise At Work

For a healthy body, you need a healthy mind. But how can you exercise whilst at work?
Clearly office exercises are harder than in a custom gym or your home, but you can still undertake decent exercise at work!
If you have a desk, then that's all you need.
To stretch your legs do some calf raises: use the desk for balance and simply raise heels off the floor, then lower.
If you are able to and not too self conscious, then you can get on the floor and do press ups, and other motion exercises - for isntance squats and so on.
With a little invention you can exercise whilst at work.
The other option of course is to make time in your lunchbreak for a quick jog or brief swim, if there is a pool nearby.
