It can be quite tricky to exercise your butt and the muscles therein - not too many exercises focus on isolating this area of the body.
One of the best ways to exercise this area is with the help of an accessory - an exercise ball.
Here is a simple way you can use an exercise ball to firm up your butt:
- Place legs and butt on the ball
- Your rest of body rests on the floor
- Raise torso up off the ground, whilst squeezing buttocks tight togheter
- Gently lower to the ground again
Do a few repetitions of this - as many as you feel comfortable with. Around ten should be a reasonable benchmark amount.
