Research has shown that a little exercise each day can help us to sleep, if done at the right time. Don't do it late in the evening, but rather in the morning or afternoon (as early as possible). Not only is exercise good for your body, but will also contribute to you being able to sleep more quickly in many circumstances. Note not to do it just before bed as then you will be alert and stay awake longer!
