Nottingham's Sherwood Forest is perfect for a summer's day out where you can go walking, cycling, horse riding, play golf or just generally explore the history of Robin Hood. National Railway Museum in York is the biggest of its type in the world. Its very educuational and fun for everyone. The British Museum in London is also a great place to go to. Hadrian’s Wall on the Scottish Borders is a very iconic landmark which is definitely worth checking out.
