How To Form A Semi-western Grip

Sport : Tennis

If you watch much tennis you will hear all sorts of compass point directions bandied about!

The semi western grip is one that is particularly useful for a powerful forehand.

But how do you hold the racquet in this grip? Here's an easy method that you can use to locate it:

First, put the racquet on the floor. Pick it up in the way that you hold a frying pan. This is the western grip. Then simply shift it slightly and there you have it, your semi western grip!
