Here is another great stomach toning exercise that you can use.

Here is how it differs to exercise one in this series:

This time, slowly pull knees towards chest. As you do so unfold your legs gently, and the aim is therefore to point them up to the ceiling.

Rotate legs in a small circle, half clockwise and half anti.

Be sure to hae several reps and remember to bend knees before lowering them down.
