Health And Fitness : Toning Your Body From the starting position (see other article in this body toning category) do the following: Place hands behind head, and place chin on chest. Tighten abs and bottom. Breathe in and out, and on the out raise head and shoulder a little off floor. Hold then return. Do slowly and feel the strain on the abs.
