That's right, green tea is perhaps one of the most healthy drinks that there is - even black tea can help, lowering the risk of developing several forms of cancer. All teas (black and green) contain a mild anti-coagulant that keeps your arteries clot-free.

In green tea, a chemical called EGCG effectively stops the enzyme in cancerous cells that is responsible for cell growth and reproduction. Some studies have shown that people who drink one of more cups of tea a day cut their risk of heart attack by a staggering 46%.
