How To Help Prevent RSI

Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide

If you do a lot of typing, then you will be risk of developing RSI or other stresses and strains of areas of your lower arm.

Therefore consider doing some basic exercises before you use your keyboard.

Here is something simple you can do:

- place the palm of one hand against a wall, fingers spread. Press hard into the wall

- repeat with other hand/arm

This is simple to do, quick, but will stretch out your lower arm, ideal for those who spend a lot of time typing.
