Icebreaker: Genie Of Change
| Business : Icebreakers This icebreaker is ideal for one of those infamous brainstorming sessions. You may feel free to tailor the below for a particular situation, this one is focussed on finding changes. The magic genie appears (that's you, the facilitator), and grants each delegate three wishes. The wishes may be anything, but must be related to changes at work - the job, colleagues, the role of the team, even the boss! Each member writes down their three wishes, and posts them on the wall. This can be anonymous if you like. Then spend 10 - 15 minutes, depending on the size of the group, going around the room and discussing the changes. Look for common themes. Leave the lists up for the rest of the session.
