That is to get yourself a mentor who already has those skills? Why: Because if they have a personal relationship of this sort with you they are much more likely to invest time and effort in you and to help you achieve, as a consequence, that which you wish to achieve. Note that if you try to go it alone learning a new skill it is always much harder: with a teacher who has your best interest at heart and the time and desire to help you, then you are much more likely to attain success.
