How To Improve The Blood Supply To Your Eyes

Here is another eye related exercise, this time helping the blood supply that comes to your eyes.

It is called swinging and is one to do standing up.

Simple relax the neck then gently move head from side to side and up and down (the so-called 'swinging' part of the exercise).

Make sure that you do these without jerking or straining, a nice smooth movement is what you need.

Perform this exercise once a day, no need to do it more than that, and perhaps for a few minutes with a piece of soothing music on in the background.
