If that's not possible, then at least make good eye contact; shifting your focus around the room so that everyone is engaged with you when you give your talk or speech. Try to smile, and don't slouch - stand up straight. If you are interested about what you are saying then you have the best chance of conveying that interest and passion to those around you too.
