Keeping Your Posture At The Computer

Computing : Computer Health

At the computer, you should try to sit up straight if you can.

Ensure that your back is well supported by your chair - if the back support does not go up high enough then it can be bad for your back. Ensure that you keep your back against the chair and not leaning forward which is one of the worst positions that you can maintain.

If you have back problems, it may help to get a special lumbar support chair.

These are hard to describe, but basically what you find is that there is a support at the base where the back goes, like a squashy ball often, and this can work very well to support your back as strange as it may sound / seem.
