| Education : English One of the biggest areas of confusion with writing a letter in English exams has to be whether to use sincerely or faithfully. Get the wrong one in your exam and you will lose a mark so it is worth learning. If you know their name, then use sincerely. If you don't then use faithfully. Thus Dear Mr Bloggs - Yours Sincerely Dear Sir - Yours Faithfully
