Firstly, break the eggs into a small, heavy based frying pan (or a sauce pan), and add in a little bit of butter, and a pinch of salt. Then put the pan over a medium to high heat and stir the eggs together using a wooden spoon. When they have mixed well, leave the eggs to settle for 10 seconds before stirring again.
