If you have problems in the bedroom, then these are usually caused by one of two reasons.

The first is some medical problem or issue, and the second is anxiety.

If you have had a bad experience then things start to go wrong, then it is almost certainly anxiety.

Therefore what you need to do is to stop putting pressure on yourself and simply relax. If your partner is supportive and understanding then all the more reason to simply forget the past and any bad or embarrassing experiences then.

If you just relax and don't think too far ahead and don't have those worrying thoughts that something will go wrong, then you should be just fine.
