| Jobs : Successful Job Search Interview Process Most people - if not all - are nervous at interview. However we manage to settle down after a little bit once we start the process. If you really are terrified and do not settle at all, then this is likely to impair your ability to perform well during the interview, and your inability to relax is more often than not a sign that this is not actually the company for you. If this happens, simply chalk it down to experience and move on - don't beat yourself up about it as when the right role comes along you will naturally relax into the interview.
