Part 2h: Interview Mistakes: Lying
Jobs : Successful Job Search Interview Process Clearly, if you are caught lying, then you will not get the job. Or if you lie, and get the job, but are then found out, then you are liable to undergo serious disciplinary action internally to the company, or perhaps even externally, and are sure to be dismissed. Therefore you should NEVER lie in an interview, not only will you not get the job fairly, but you are likely to get caught out at some stage, so it is really not worth it. If you find yourself in a position where you feel that you really have to lie to get on, then the chances are that you are simply going for the wrong job.
