How To Repair A Ceramic Figure

Hobbies : Antiques

Here is a simple tip that you can use to help cover up any cosmetic damage that might occur to ceramic figures that you have in your possession.

When a decorative ceramic figurine becomes chipped, use a felt pen in the appropriate color to color in the chipped area.

You should find that with a little careful choosing up front, you can help hide the damage well. Note that it is worth putting the pen onto paper first and holding up to the figure to check, as of course the color on the lid and body of the pen and that of it on paper can often vary by a fair degree!

Keep a set of 50 pens of all colors to help ensure that you should find something to match.
