How To Strengthen Arms For Throwing

One of the best ways to strengthen arms for throwing is through... throwing itself!

Start with people in groups of two facing opposite each other, quite close together.

As they warm up the throw, get them to walk away from each other, up to a reasonable distance, and practice the throw.

As well as the distance, they should practice that they throw straight.

Through repetition over the weeks their arms will 'learn' the movement and get more accuracy, too.
