Your neck is another area of the body that can suffer from being held in a fixed position all day.

Therefore you should try to exercise and stretch your neck at work.

All you need to do is simply tilt head forward gently, and hold for a few seconds. Then repeat by moving to the left, and right, and then back.

Use slow and gentle movements and don't shift your neck too far each way, no further than where you feel a little tension.
