How To Test If An Egg Is Fresh
| Food And Drink : Starters Sometimes you will have an egg that is borderline the date when it is use by, or perhaps you simply do not know what the date was for the egg as you don't have the box and the mark on the eggshell is smudged. So what can you do to easily see if the egg is still fresh or not? Here is a little tip that apparently is a sure fire way to see if an egg is still fresh or not. All that you do to do this is to get some water and add a couple of teaspoons of salt to the water. Then place the egg into the cup or container. If it floats then it is an old egg; if it sinks then it is good to use and still fresh.
