Tips On Sleeping - 4
Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips The fourth tip in this series of sleeping tips is one I've found particularly affective - it is called light control. The first key idea is perhaps not new - that is to reduce the light when you are trying to sleep. Have the room as dark as possible, or minimal light. Research has shown that the more light in the room, the longer that it takes people to get to sleep. The second tip however you might not currently do - that is to expose yourself to bright light upon awakening. The reason for this is to provide visual hints to your body clock and ensure that it knows what time it is, so to speak. Works well!
