Add a unique twist by choosing your own decor, menu and music that represents your own personal taste and style. Don't waste money as it is only one day in your life. Of course it's important but you don't need to have a limo or expensive wedding dress for it to be a great wedding. Don't forget what a wedding really is - it is the main event, but the reception is the celebration time, so put enough thought into the music, readings and vows, not the after party. Make plans to ensure your day isnt ruined if it rains. If your wedding is outdoors, arrange a tent for example. Prepare for other emergencies too. Stick to your budget and dont go over it. Don't get drunk the night before your wedding as you will feel really ill the next day and you will want to be sober for it. Don't get bogged down on little details, organise the main things first.
