Apparently citrus juices can help us to lose weight, due to some of their properties in the body.

Specifically, many sources recommend drinking some lemon juice in the morning - making your own lemon water with a tablespoon or two of fresh lemon juice.

This is apparently good for you and will help your body regulate itself during the course of the day!
