| Career : CV This type of CV is very specific to the job being applied for. Effectively you re-write all your achievements focussed on what is important for the role you are applying to. If it is a role involving heavy leadership for instance, you would emphasise this element in your past roles. Disadvantage: your career progression may be less emphasised as you hone in on very specific aspects and leave out the big picture
