That pill won't solve anything

If you get depressed or have any sort of problem these days then it seems that the media and many others would suggest that the thing to do is to take a pill of some sort.

However rather than seeing pills as the saviour of the world that can help with everything why not look at lifestyle, family, aspirations and jobs instead?

Of course pills and medicines are important for illnesses and diseases, but for generally feeling a bit down or having the sniffles and any minor things like that why not instead focus on improving other elements of your life rather than reaching for the box of pills and hoping that will magically sort things out?

Just a thought!
