Jobs : Successful Job Search Interview Process

This, of course, is the most essential part of the process of getting the job. This is your chance to personally sell yourself to the company, in a way that a piece of paper, no matter how good it is, simply cannot do.

One of the key things that you will need to get across to the team that interview you - or indeed the individual interviewing you, that you are seriously interested in that field, and indeed at working for that company within that field. Therefore you need throughout to show a knowledge of the company that you have applied to, and of the sector or industry in which that company operates. One of the best ways for this is to prepare thoroughly - you will find that through reading magazines in that sector and generally keeping abreast of the company and its news, this will naturally filter down into you.

There may be information available in libraries, or investment magazines along with the shareprice - often sector guides are included that give a general synopsis of the major problems and opportunities in each sector.

So those are two of the key things that you need to get across.
