First of all fried foods should be avoided they not help you gain a paunch but also gives you oily skin.
Focus more on eating vegetable and fruits. Don't avoid them they are you're best friends. :)
Secondly, regular exercising is very vital. It keeps you fit and strong and also keeps you cleansed from the inside. If you did not know - regular exercising helps you have a fresh, cleansed skin.
This really worked for me I stopped eating junk foods and drinking sugar drinks for a month and lost my paunch totally.
