How To Pose For A Model Photograph

Modelling

When you are getting your portfolio done, you will need to adopt the classic model stance for some pictures so as you look the part.

This will involve you standing and looking at the camera, but not standing directly opposite the photographer.

Rather you should turn at around 3/4 so that 3/4 of your body is towards the camera whilst the other 1/4 is pointing away from the camera.

You should also ensure that you have one shoulder closer to the photographer and hence the camera; of course this happens automatically if you turn 3/4 to the camera unless something goes horribly wrong!
