How To Reduce Migraines

There are many triggers for migraines but certain foods are thought to be connected with making a migraine attack more likely.

Therefore for many sufferers a more controlled diet can help to stop or at least reduce the frequency of migraines. Here are some foods that are though to act as triggers:

chocolate
cheese
beer
wine
apple juice
shellfish
beef
pork
processed meat
peanuts
oranges
tomatoes
tea
coffee

Clearly this is quite a list but there is still much you can eat. Try cutting these out for a couple of months and see how you feel as a result - if better this it is likely these or some of them were affecting you.
