This is a useful tip to help reduce the problems associated with stress - relax your muscles for a few minutes every day.

Research has shown this exercise can help make stress less prevalent for you.

Focus on certain parts of the body - for instance the face:

Upper face: lift your eyebrows up, and feel the tension in the forehead

Central face: squint tightly and wrinkle nose

Lower face: clench teeth gently and pull back the corners of the mouth

It sounds strange, but these sorts of exercises can help reduce stress!
