Health And Fitness : Diet Plan Breakfast: Oats cooked water, combined for flavour with a little cinnamon, some honey and a bit of apple. For lunch: Sandwich of your choice; if at work ensure that you choose a low fat option that has around 380 calories or so. Ham salad is usually quite a low calorie option. Dinner: Go for lean steak with salad and potatoes; ideally boiled potatoes and not chips! Snack: Have some nuts.
