You want to keep nicotine in your body.

Get Writing.
When you crave a smoke, pick up a pen. Explain to those loved ones, why the cigarettes are more important than they are. Explain why you choose to die early, than see them go to a prom.or on their first date, get married, or go to college. Why you feel you need to be this selfish. This letter is realistic people. This is exactly what is going to happen to you, if you don?t stomp out those weeds.
Heart disease, lung cancer, and a stroke will get you, before you will be able to share your life with your precious children.
What kind of important moments, are you going to be able to share with the ones, you leave behind. Is it really fair to them.You brought them into this world.
Many letters get started, but never finished.
I?ve seen many people feel so foolish, so selfish, and so out of control, that they end up putting, those white sticks out of their lives for ever. These letters are usually quite convincing. They decide to put their families first.

Go Soak Your Head.
Get into a nice hot shower, and relax.
This will help distract from the craving.

Go Out An Exercise.
This will also help your internal state. If your in the middle of a tennis game, you won?t be thinking about a smoke. The longer you exercise the healthier you will feel to.

Going To The Library.
No smoking allowed in there. Or go to church. The important thing here, is just go where you can?t smoke. The cravings will pass.
But you?ve got to be where you can?t indulge.

Monitor Your Vices.
Once you get rid of the smokes, you also need to reduce your alcohol and caffeine consumption. This is because your body loses some of the capacity, to process both of these substances as you reduce, the amount of nicotine in the body. Smokers will process caffeine 2 ? times faster than someone who doesn?t You ?ll also get drunk faster without nicotine in your body, so don?t drink as much as before.

NO SWITCHING TO LOW TAR OR LOW NICOTINE. TOBACCO IS THE SAME IN ALL CIGARETTES.

IF YOU CUT DOWN, YOU?LL JUST TAKE LONGER PUFFS. SO YOU?LL END UP GETTING THE SAME AMOUNT OF NICOTINE.
